Despite the downtime, the PSA assured the public that all paid requests submitted prior to the shutdown will continue to be processed, and requested documents will still be delivered to clients. The agency emphasized that no ongoing transaction will be left unattended.
To assist affected users, the PSA released its help channels for inquiries and concerns:
- Email: crs.qvu@psa.gov.ph
- Telephone: (02) 8461-0500 local 808 and 813
(Available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
With Serbilis temporarily offline, the PSA urged the public to use alternative avenues for civil registry document requests, including:
- Walk-in applications at the nearest Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet (Appointment required via appointment.psa.gov.ph)
- SM BREQS and LGU-BREQS partner outlets
- PSA Helpline, which offers online applications and delivery services (www.psahelpline.ph)
The agency expressed gratitude for the public’s patience, noting that the temporary suspension is necessary to improve services and system reliability.
