  1. omg! yummy foods! wla ding ako rice or even white breads for months now! eating clean n din haha its my second month nah this august! try green tea in between din it will make you feel so full and less craving din

  8. i started to eat healthy again by eating a balanced diet. i still eat rice but this time less than a cup na, also decided to work out :D

  12. Good job. I also try to go without rice for a few days at times. Running and biking for me is easier when I am lighter.
