Pretty Little Whites and Pinks.

I just realized that I've been lacking nature/outdoor/flower shots as of late. To make up for that deficit, I give you...

Bougainvilleas!

They're all over our garden and bloom all year long, but these paper flowers are most beautiful and exceptionally vibrant during the summer. :)

Sharing with Weekend Flowers, Pink Fridays, Pink Saturday, Color Connection, i Heart Macro and Oh Snap!

  5. I love the color of Bougainvillea. Our backyard was covered with it as a kid and I have fond memories associated with trips abroad. Amazing how a plant can do that, isn't it?

  14. I didn't realize they had tiny white flowers in them too. The texture of the pink petals is really different. They remind me a bit of azaleas.
